History of the Leominster Natural Health Centre

The Leominster Natural Health Centre is the outstanding result of a dream and goal from the late 1980's at a time when there were only two practitioners working from cramped rooms in the Community Centre itself. In the early 1990's, with the help of Lottery money and grants, the Community Centre managed to refurbish the old caretakers house, and a major job it was too! With the help of community volunteers, the cellar was dug out, the walls plastered, heating and lighting installed, and water made available to most of the rooms. Then, the core group of five practitioners did all the painting and decorating, and the Leominster Natural Health Centre opened for business in 1996.

While some practitioners have moved on and others have moved in, today there are a large variety of skilled and experienced practitioners working in the Leominster Natural Health Centre and offering a wide range of therapies.
